152 ha development area with exceptional potential

Caúna was a traditional sugar cane farm. In over twelve years of work, we have developed the area into one of the most beautiful and attractive eco-farms with good infrastructure in northeastern Brazil.

The farm overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. It is located right next to the small town of Barra de Santo Antônio, only 40 km from Maceió, the capital of the state of Alagoas.

The pioneering phase is now complete, and we are getting older. It is time to place the Caúna project in new hands. New energy, new owners, and new capital can now bring the projects to maturity.

On this page we present facts and ideas about 24 buying options (O – 1 to O – 24).

Our wish for Caúna is that it remains a carefully managed place that shows the beauty of the landscape and is committed to sustainable development.

We have designed the Eco-Fazenda Caúna with a focus on diversity. All parts of the farm are intended to protect and promote one another and this way, ensure the medium and long-term potential of this beautiful place.

This approach is reflected in the 24 purchase options described on this platform. It is possible to purchase one or more sub-areas for different types of projects. Even sub-areas can be divided into smaller pieces where this makes sense. Depending on which sub-projects find new owners first, a new, sustainable structure for Caúna will hopefully emerge.
