A nature-oriented Hotel Fazenda, suitable for family holidays and day trips, doesn’t yet exist within 40 minutes of the capital. Riding lessons, buggy trips, kayaking excursions, and having self-caught fish served to you: all of this would be very appealing.
This project idea outlines a rural family hotel with a wide range of activities. Modern architecture could be combined with rustic materials. The project area is 262,220 m². Access is possible directly from the future highway.
The hotel would have a fantastic sea view and direct access to the Leisure Park. A horse center, a petting zoo for children, fitness facilities, two swimming pools, a soccer field, trails for horses, electric buggies and bicycles, and boat trips on the river and the sea could be used for family holidays, excursions, weddings, religious gatherings, and events for up to 180 people.
Guests could be catered for in two restaurants, possibly with food from the adjacent organic farm. The integration of a beach club (Resort Captain Nikolas) is conceivable.
