Events for companies, congresses for government agencies and religious communities are popular in Brazil. This spacious hillside with its beautiful ocean views would be ideal for such occasions. The new highway will allow guests to quickly reach the location from downtown Maceió.
The concept sketch for this project can involves spectacular architecture: a stepped pyramid with large terraces, shaded by sparse green vegetation, combined with a smaller pyramid for conference guests/events. The sea view is outstanding. The atmosphere on this hill is magnificent and very pleasant.
The area covered by this project idea is 83,300 m² for the hotel, bungalows, conference center, park, and Atlantic Forest. Thirty-seven hotel rooms and 28 bungalows would be possible. Access would be directly from the future highway.
It would also be feasible to have 105 and 180 restaurant seats, a large swimming pool area, a wide range of sports and team-building activities, tennis, squash, etc. A funicular railway could lead to the leisure area and the river. A large network of excursions for horses, electric buggies, bicycles, and hikes in the Mata Atlântica, as well as boat trips on the river and the sea, would be useful.
The integration of a beach club would also be possible (Resort Captain Nikolas).
