The landscape along the Rio Santo Antônio Grande never fails to enchant visitors. The mangrove forests and the river, the lakes, the shade of large cashew trees and the wonderful evening light offer unique experiences. This recreational area could be made available for the adjacent hotel projects.
The leisure park could be operated as a small farm with animals. Two buildings, three stables, an impressive deck overlooking the river, and other infrastructure are already in place. The natural surroundings offer two lakes, mangroves, coconut groves, and romantic walking paths. A beach club could also be integrated.
The total area covers 120,800 m².
Many attractions could be offered: a reception with a shop, fruit and flower gardens, a restaurant, encounters with horses, geese, chickens, boat trips to the river mouth and to the beaches, horse treks, buggy rides, bicycle tours, meditation, hikes, fishing with immediate preparation, picnics, alligator feedings, etc.
The park is located between the three potential hotel projects and can accommodate their guests. It could also be opened to residents of the surrounding settlements.
The park can be operated with 10-15 employees and offers a good return on investment.
