Forest and Water
Magnificent landscapes with the Mata Atlântica, mangroves, reforestation areas, and open plains form an ecosystem of enormous diversity. The view over the lakes, the sea, and the river is extraordinary.
An incredible biodiversity is concentrated here on 521,368 m². As the surrounding sugar cane fields are burned during harvest, the animals flee to Caúna and gather in this area. Caipivaras, anteaters, anacondas, monkeys, raccoons, foxes, many birds, etc. can be found here. The original forests and reforestation areas are protected by law.
The lakes are home to a wide variety of fish and crabs, living in harmony with alligators. The mangroves along the river serve as the “cradle of the sea.” This is where sea fish spawn. Sometimes manatees also pass by.
The combination of care for nature and proximity to the city allows for a variety of uses of this large area: a farm hotel, ecological studies, ornithological observations, outdoor activities, a stud farm, or other creative ideas can be realized here.
This proposal combines the options “Hotel Fazenda”, “Congress Hotel”, “Leisure Park” and “Chácaras” and would allow for a generous realization of integrated projects.
