Chácaras

For Brazilians, chácaras are rural houses with surrounding land. In this project, 76-96 plots could be located on a hillside with a lovely view of our lake, the river, and the coast. However, the area could also simply remain a green zone. It is quiet and private. From here, you would be just a few steps away from the recreation area and the river.
76-96 chácaras in this location with green spaces and roads would have a beautiful view. The individual plots would be approximately 600 m² in size, covering a total area of 100,300 m².
Originally, there were eucalyptus trees here. Now we already have cheerful diversity again.
The project is located within the large green spaces of Caúna, but is not a protected area. It can be redesigned.
