Industrial Zone
On a 1.5-hectare site are located three high-quality, airy halls with excellent infrastructure and direct access to the main road. Seven additional plots are available in the industrial zone to produce consumer or industrial goods. A powerful substation can provide electricity to several businesses.
In our industrial zone, we have tried to attract local businesses, including a carpentry workshop (windows, doors, stairs, furniture, etc.), a metalworking shop (metalwork, wood/metal composites), and a road surfacing production facility (cement modules, curbs, terrain markings).
The food processing hangar is used for agricultural and convenience products. Distribution to the village and town starts from here.
The industrial zone has a total area of 14,819 m². Three halls and the road have been built, and the electrical infrastructure (28 kVA) have been built. Direct access to the future highway, fiber optic connections, and video surveillance are already in place.
A 300 m hangar is currently leased. The maintenance hangar (200 m²) is for the company’s own use. The food processing hangar (300 m² for cleaning, cooking, drying, freezing, vacuum-sealing, packaging, and distribution) is available and can also be repurposed, for example, as a veterinary clinic for large animals.
All hangars feature modern, climate-efficient architecture. A second industrial zone can also be developed.
