Urban Development
Located on the outskirts of the city yet close to the center, this area is ideal for the construction of attractive residential neighborhoods, business premises, and shopping areas. Depending on the design plan, up to 394 smaller and larger properties can be defined on the 15.7 hectares. Individual projects can also be purchased from this overall project (Optionen O – 12 to O – 19).
The total size of this project is 157,197 m². The design plan has been approved and the implementation projects are ready. No further nature conservation measures are necessary. If required, a new city park can also be created.
Two districts have been identified so far:
Alto das Alamedas: 200 building plots are located at the entrance to the city. These are for residential and commercial use. The standard size of the plots is 250 m². There are plots ranging from 206 to 1,272 m².
Recanto das Alamedas: 194 simple building plots for residential use are located inside the farm. The standard size of these properties is 160 m². There are plots ranging from 160 to 409 m².
Eleven apartments have already been completed separately (Vila Caúna project). They are rented out but can be purchased separately. The same applies to the 16 building plots adjacent to Vila Caúna (Quadra U project).
This proposal summarizes the options O – 15 Residencial Alto das Alamedas, O – 16 Residencial Recanto das Alamedas, and O – 18 Residencial Quadra U. As a whole, a spacious, modern urban plan with residential zones, community areas, green spaces, recreational areas, etc. could be realized.
