Project Expansions
Caúna Grande used to be a huge farm covering over 12 km². It was divided into four separate farms. The original farm, which now has its own airfield, could be reactivated. A beach club and a huge nature reserve (up to 50 km²) could also be added.
The former large farm ‘Caúna Grande’ has been divided into our fazenda Caúna de Baixo (152 ha) and the fazendas São Braz (376 ha) and Caúna de Cima (717 ha) with beautiful Atlantic Forests and a private airfield. The three farms could be combined to form the ‘Parques de Caúna’ (total 1,242 ha), a condominium with large plots (see plan), and the ‘Biosfera Rio de Santo Antônio’ nature reserve (up to 50 km2) with impressive natural surroundings for excursions.
It would make sense to purchase the ‘Resort Captain Nikolas’ beach club directly opposite Caúna. It would perfectly complement the hotel and leisure facilities.
Direct negotiations with the respective owners would be necessary for this project. All of them are open to a new venture.
